their glaze packet
one can of crushed pineapple in its own juice
a splash orange juice
two dabs peach preserves
one dab apricot preserves
one shot good triple sec (i used patron)
a squeeze of brown deli mustard.
bring to heat. chill thoroughly. then either serve cold over hot ham (my way) or warm for service. Yum.
